These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SpotMyVenue website, installed app surfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
SpotMyVenue is a marketplace platform that connects venue owners ("Owners") with individuals or organizations seeking venues for events, gatherings, and occasions ("Users"). We facilitate discovery and direct contact. We are not a party to any rental agreement between Owners and Users. All venue bookings, pricing, terms, and conditions are agreed upon directly between the Owner and the User.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
