SpotMyVenue does not manage venue bookings or venue rental payments inside the app. Please contact the venue owner directly for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling questions.
We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Venue payouts are processed securely. Owners can track earnings and withdrawal history from their owner dashboard.
Venue owners need an active paid plan to list venues. Lite, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans define venue and image limits. Visit the pricing page for current plan comparisons.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure payment gateways (Razorpay), and follow best security practices. Your data is never shared without your explicit consent.
Use the contact options on the venue page to reach the owner directly. Any booking confirmation, coordination, or payment terms are handled between you and the owner outside the app.
