Sign up as a venue owner, complete your profile, and use the “Add Venue” wizard to set up your listing with photos, amenities, pricing, and availability. New listings are reviewed before publication; no fixed review time is guaranteed.
SpotMyVenue does not manage venue bookings or venue rental payments inside the app. Please contact the venue owner directly via WhatsApp or phone for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling questions.
SpotMyVenue does not process venue booking payments. Those transactions are arranged directly with the venue owner. Platform subscription and sponsorship payments use the payment methods Razorpay displays at checkout.
Venue owners need an active paid plan to list venues. Lite, Basic, and Pro plans define venue and image limits. Visit the pricing page for current plan comparisons.
We use encrypted connections and Razorpay-hosted payment checkout. Information is processed only as described in our Privacy Policy, including for service operation, security, support, legal obligations, and the direct actions you choose to take.
Use the WhatsApp or phone options on the venue page to reach the owner directly. Any booking confirmation, coordination, or payment terms are handled between you and the owner outside the app.
