Delete Your SpotMyVenue Data

This page explains how SpotMyVenue users can request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their SpotMyVenue account.

How to request data deletion

Sign in and use the managed request form below for account deletion. To request deletion of only specific personal data, email us at: support@spotmyvenue.in

Please include:

• Your registered SpotMyVenue email address
• The type of data you want deleted
• Any relevant booking, inquiry, or venue listing details

Data you can request to delete

You may request deletion of:

• Profile information
• Saved venues or favourites
• Notification preferences
• Reviews or feedback linked to your account
• Booking or inquiry information, where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
• Venue owner profile details, where applicable

Data we may need to keep

Some data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, payment, or business record purposes. This may include payment records, transaction logs, abuse-prevention records, or records required by applicable law.

Request review

We verify requests using the registered email address. Owner, administrator, social-login, venue, subscription, sponsorship, or payment-linked accounts may require a managed review before account access and deletable personal data can be removed.

Delete your SpotMyVenue account

Password-based customer accounts without venue, administrator, or billing records can be deleted here. Other accounts use a managed support request so linked access and retained records are handled safely.
